Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Custom Shipped to Order: Once you place your order, we prepare and ship it just for you—please allow 2–5 business days for processing.

  • Delivery Time: After processing, standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Methods & Costs: We partner with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Standard shipping cost is $9.99.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Return Policy:
Because we prepare each product specifically to fulfill your order, we aim to limit returns—but we do accept limited returns on a case-by-case basis:

  1. How to Request a Return: Email cs@blackmonalisabeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Eligibility: Returns are generally approved only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

  3. Review & Resolution: Our Customer Support team will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide return-shipping instructions. Unless the item is confirmed defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Exchanges & Store Credit: If your return is accepted, you may choose between an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit for a future purchase.
